One time removed, iron ingots can be placed back into the forge to make steel ingots.
Earlier PS4 patch 535.x Steel Ingots were bugged and would non craft.
Archaic Plus has been bugged for over a year with no repair date, or plans to repair in the futurity. Carbon cannot be placed in the Forge, then steel ingot is not possible at this fourth dimension.
